Registration Forms and Fees

The participants registration fee includes admission to all technical program and the post-conference visit, the package’ participants with the book of extended abstracts and the full set of papers on a CD-Rom, lunches, refreshments during the coffee break, welcome recption, and the conference dinner. The accompanying person registration fee includes the participation in the welcome reception and conference dinner and in one of the ½ day tours selected from the parallel tour program. Participation in the weekend or post conference tours is not included in the fees.

Authors with abstracts accepted for the conference ( file in Excel, click here for download) must send the registration form filled with the papers and extended abstracts until 31 October.

* It is necessary to present a valid student card or equivalent.

Cancellation and Refunds
Administrative costs (25%) will be charged for cancellations of registrations before the 1st of January 2008.
Thereafter, 75% of the registration fee will be invoiced. In this case the book of abstracts will be sent to the registered person. Alternatively you may send a replacement person at no extra cost (please advise with their name).
Cancellations have to be made in writing (letter, fax or email).
