Date and Venue

The conference will be held at the Congress Centre of the Portuguese National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC) in Lisbon from the 28th to the 30th of January 2008. Post conference technical visits are also planned for the 31th january.

LNEC is located near the city center, Lisbon airport, metro station and several hotels. It has 2 lecture theatres for 400 and 200 persons, and 5 lecture rooms for 40-80 persons.
