Call for Papers
Submission of papers is invited on all of the proposed conference topics.
Authors should submit a 400 word abstract to the conference secretariat before the 20 th of August 2007 (It is the last opportunity for abstracts submission).They should clearly state the objectives, results and conclusions of the work undertaken. They should contain the author’s names and affiliation’s and the mailing and email address of the corresponding author and in addition your preference for oral or poster presentation.
For the abstract preparation use the template included here and please submit it by email to the conference secretariat enclosing the pre-registration form or filling it on line from the website.
After receiving the notification with the abstracts acceptance ( last notifications will be received until 10 th September) authors are required to prepare the full paper together with a two-page extended abstract, both in electronic form. The page limit recommended for the full papers is 8 pages with figures and photographs included. The CD-ROM proceedings version will be prepared with the full papers after review.The printed proceedings ( book of abstracts) will only contain the two-page extended abstract. Remember that the extended abstracts will serve as a summary of your paper that should attract participants to your presentation.

The full papers and extended abstracts with the registration form filled must be sending to the secretariat before 31 th October 2007. Please, take in consideration that it is impossible to accept papers sent after this deadline.
The review and notification of acceptance of the full papers and the extended abstracts by the Scientific Committee together with the indication for oral or poster presentation will be sent to the authors for their eventual improvements until 30th November.
Only papers registered will be sent to the reviewers and included in the book of abstracts and in the CD-ROM. |
